You can buy and sell anything nowadays. I believe what my Father said about dogs. “I would never buy a dog nor sell one, they won’t be any good. You can buy a cow and get your milk, butter and beef, a hog for your bacon, a horse and he will work for you, chickens you get eggs and fried chicken. All you have to do feed them and keep them up.”
Politicians are like fancy dogs that you buy high- strung, over-bred and, bark all the time. As you have found out they are very expensive to keep up.

JUSTICE ?
JUSTICE ?
I am madder than hell and it is time for a REVOLUTION in this United States of America. It is time to change our system of government. How? That is the question I want answered.
In 2000 I knew that the Republican Party and our corporate world ran the Supreme Court Justice. Today I again proved myself right, when they turned the campaign finance laws back over to them. Slowly but surely the poor and middle class are being rendered powerless in the United States by the rich and powerful, as they are in all other countries by power hungry leaders.
We finally elected a president who really cared about all the people of this country. We wanted change and he has tried to bring us change, but the rich and powerful of this country have done nothing but try to bring him down, as they want things to remain as is to their advantage. The Republican Party, have fought like a bunch of mad dogs since they lost the election. There is not a decent bone in their bodies and they will bring the country down just to get rid of him. The thing that galls me the most is not one single one of them has guts to admit that the regime of the last 8 years was the fault of their leader and them. Hey! Lets blame it on the guy in charge now. They forget it was Bush and his bunch who, bought off the banks and AIG, before Obama became President.
You can tell how big a person is, by what it takes to discourage him. President Barack Obama is a big man, as he is hanging in there. It probably didn’t take long for him to figure out that the people who had made a mess out of the last 8 years were going to work tooth and toenail to try and bring him to his knees.
I laugh to myself, as they all claim to be Christians, but evidently none of them have read the Good Book, Psalm 37 (read the whole chapter, but verse 11 speaks volumes “But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.”).
Had any of these people who are fighting to take over this country really read this whole chapter and really were Christian believers of God, they would be quaking in their boots, because it definitely teaches you what will happen when they get to the end of their life (I always say when my warranty expires) and find that there is nothing for them, no salvation, no afterlife or peace. I might be among them, but not because of riches and power, but the many other sins I have committed.
We have lots of jokes about the rich man thinking that he can take his riches with him when he dies. All you good people who believe the rich and powerful and read your Bible, many places you will find where they have no real power that lasts, while on this earth they take from the poor and powerless for their gains. Don’t be one of those who sell your soul for money, if you do, that’s when you lose your real power. Proverbs, Chapter 28 and 29, Luke, Chapter 12 and Psalm, Chapter 62 is a good place to look for answers and understanding to the meaning of, “a rich man that layeth up treasure for him, is not rich toward God”.
In our world we have so many things that are false, false pastors, false prophets, false teachers, politicians, all without honor, with a dark side to their soul that is filled with avarice and no real humanitarian qualities in their heart. No feeling for the poor and mistreated people of this world that belong to God. Our justice system has become a political mockery. Many churches and their leaders have become a mockery to the Christian faith. Their interest is bigger churches and more money to pay for them. Many of the TV Ministries life styles is absolutely shameful, when you consider where the money comes from, to give that life style to them. I don’t call it Christianity, I call it man made religion and its one purpose is to feed the greed of all these egomaniacs who, say they are spreading the word of God.
Our politicians (on both sides of the table) swear an oath to work for the betterment of we the people, who they ask to elect them and we do, but when they get to Washington or the capitol of each state, they forget their promises and its “screw” you guys, I got mine. They play footsy with all of the lobbyist to help themselves, their wealthy friends and big corporations (whoever pays them the most under the table), in all actuality they become paid prostitutes, but claim they are working for their constituents!!!! As long as they can keep lying, smiling, patting them on the back and telling them all the things they are doing for their good, people keep electing them, but when things go wrong, it’s the other parties fault and the poor dumb constituents believe them. I don’t really know if they believe them, or do not want to admit that they were wrong in their assessment of their candidate.
In my over than 60 years of voting I always voted for the right guy, of course most of the time they didn’t win the election. In 2008, naturally I wanted a woman to win, before my warranty expired, but she didn’t make it to the finish line. But I was fine with the President I helped elect. I think he is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to this country. Even though it is a thankless job and one that you can’t do by yourself, as he so elegantly stated, “I can’t do it alone, I need all your help”. To bad we do not have many able and working hands, that want to work to help our country get back on its feet after the rape of our country by the republican regime and all their wealthy friends and warmongers. They left a stinking cesspool of our financial structure, but I would be willing to bet that not a one of them lost a thin dime.

A Question of Values
I read a carton this morning, two ladies coming out of someone’s home, “I can’t believe we interviewed a dog and his barking made more sense than the politicians”. I really agreed with it. I agree with our President, but not very many of the politicians.
When things go wrong, people immediately start the blame game, and guess where it falls, on the President, as he is front and foremost on everyone’s screen. The memory of people is not very long. We who are getting older, go into another room to get something and forget what we went after, that’s why I started writing down stuff all day long. Buying boxes of legal pads gets expensive). For, some unknown reason the citizens of this country seem to forget why we are in this damnable mess. I for one can tell you, it is definitely not the fault of Barack Obama. He was still a senator when the big bail out went though, though he was one of many who voted for it, as he believed, as many others did, if we didn’t do this it was going to sink our financial ship. We as the citizens of this country need to start admitting the truth about our downfall and put the blame where it belongs. I don’t believe you can blame him for the things like the stimulus package and the auto industry, he thought it would help and it will, but it takes time to work itself out. We were actually in worse shape than anyone realized or thought could ever happen to this country.
Hey, he is in charge and stated the buck stops with him. Not really, he is the President but with no real authority. He has put forth ideas for change that are good for our country, but unless it is something that he can mandate, our lousy politicians from both sides will not vote in the affirmative, even it is good for the citizens, unless it is exactly what they want, and of course they get their cut, a big bunch of pork for the wealthy and corporations that sent them to Washington.
If politicians worked as hard for the real good of the citizens of this country as they do at boosting their ego and power, plus lining their pockets it would be great. Has everyone noted over the many years of political prostitution how many have become extremely wealthy? Though we do pay them much more than they are worth, they didn’t get rich from their salary. The majority are bought and paid for and that is called prostitution. Why do we arrest and put in jail the other kind of prostitutes and not the politicians? Our lousy justice system, the majority are also bought and paid for, from the bottom to the top! A true justice system should not involve politics. Everything has become strictly political. I note the Chamber of Commerce has become a political prostitute, in lieu of the original reason for being.
The new ruling by the Supreme Court takes away the real reason and right to vote for and elect an honest, ethical and just person to represent them. Besides the men and women that do have these characteristics, do not want become prostitutes by doing the biding of the strictly avarice ridden power brokers. When we finally have a President who is honest and intelligent and wants the best for the citizens and this country, they will not work with him and the few that will. It is a sad sight to behold. Why are we continuing to elect the politicians that once they get elected do not give a tinker’s damn about the real people of this country???

Voter’s Rights for the Citizens of the United States
Yesterday five of the Republican Supreme Court
Justices, tried to make the people of this country powerless. But each of you should remember one you have, that they can’t take away from you yet, the power of your vote. Just ask yourself one thing when you go to the poll to vote, which party has done the most for the poor and middle class citizens of this country? In my 60 odd years of voting I have found nothing that the Republican Party did for us. Remember there are more of us, than there are of the rich and powerful, money is a tool that they use to manipulate the masses.
Let us not be fooled by the organized propaganda of the paid prostitutes of the wealthy and corporations. We have more to fear from their insidious manipulations than we do from all the terrorist of this world. While they continue their fear-mongering, they are quietly undermining everything we have worked so hard for in this country, for their own personal gain and power. We cannot live under a fearful nation, like many other countries do. Let us put a stop to it now.

As I watched the aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti I thought Dear God what more could happen to the people of Haiti. I often think about man’s inhumanity to man and wonder what possesses them to do the things they do to other human beings. As I think back over the history to Haiti and the mistreatment of all those people by the Spanish, the British and the French and by the United States and I ask myself why.
Last year I read Randall Robinson’s book, An Unbroken Agony. (Haiti, from Revolution to the Kidnapping of a President.) It was one of the foul deeds of President Bush in 2004. Mr. Robinson’s dedication states, “For the indomitable Haitian people, who, from time immemorial, have given so much that is good to humanity, only to receive back from it, scarcely more than the gift of destruction.” Truer words were never spoken. In case people haven’t read this book, you need to get it and read it. It reminds you again of the history of Haiti.
I listen to the news and heard the Rev. Pat Robertson’s remarks (you know he is the one who talks to God) and I believe he is mentally unbalanced. He should be sentenced to spending his last days reading the true history of Haiti, everyday on his TV program. Of course, real true history; any history of any country is never printed anymore. It isn’t even taught in any schools. The only thing taught is something to make our country look good. The true history of the United States is not taught in our schools. To find the truth you have to wonder why and start searching. Until you learn the truth of the history of this world, we will never be able to change it to a better world for all people.
Most people are to busy watching sports, American Idol, game shows, playing political one-upmanship, watching television ministers (which most do not have anything to do with being a Christian) most of these things have to do with avarice. The people involved are not really interested in what goes on in the world, just what they can get out of the big game they are playing.

JIHAD OR JEHAD:
JIHAD OR JEHAD:
Two spellings, two meanings to this word:
1. A holy war undertaken as a duty by Muslims.
2. Any vigorous, emotional crusade for an idea or principle.
We know about the Jihad or Holy war by the Muslims, but we now have a Jehad (I will use the second spelling of the word) for our Republican “GOP” Obama Jehad, the second meaning of the word applies to the revolting behavior of our republicans in congress and the republican politicians elsewhere in the United States, plus many of our citizens. It really has been a vigorous, emotional crusade for an idea or principle, but I haven’t yet been able to figure out what their idea or principle is.
I heard Stephen Hess, Senior Fellow Emeritus of the Brookings Institute say about our President, “Obama is the first intellectual president we have ever had”, could that be their reason for their Obama Jehad? Since many of them are using so much right-wing religious extremism, could it be a holy war by the Christians against our president? What a bunch of fools.

The Constitution of the United States of America
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Now the part I don’t like: Article V
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to the Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner effect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article: and that no State, with the Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
My problem with this: I believe, as one of the citizens, who’s ancestor’s (even the one’s who were already here, when they were invaded by the immigrants from other countries, then not considered citizens) helped ORDAIN AND ESTABLISHED this Constitution for the United States of America, that no changes should be made to the Constitution, without it being put on a federal ballot for all “WE THE PEOPLE” vote on it.
I have seen changes made to the Constitution, by The Executive Branch and both Houses of the Congress, that were not good for “WE THE PEOPLE”, but for the benefit of corporations and their wealthy friends, and whatever they wanted to do to exploit other countries. This also applies to the State Constitutions. I know that we as citizens elect these people at their request. But many of them take advantage of the office. Many officials take advantage of their office of power by thinking that we gave them the right to do what ever they want to do, because we elected them.
ARTICLE VI: The third paragraph states:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several States Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or Public Trust under the United States.
THE OATH ENACTED IN 1884
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, with out any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
They lie: the part about mental reservation: Mental Reservation is a 700 year-old doctrine, where clerics can avoid telling the truth to protect the Catholic Church. The idea dates to times when there were two court systems; ecclesiastical or church courts, and civil courts run by the State. I do not want my government run by ecclesiastical or church courts, the world had that at one time, so the politicians should not be allowed to bring their religion into our government. Today all disputes are settled in civil courts, maybe. Frankly too many are handled behind closed doors in back rooms, then, considered classified. Classified; that’s the things the administration doesn’t want anyone to know about. The ones, where they don’t follow the rules to run this country (city, county or state) but the politicians who run this country, with the help of the Justice department and the Supreme Court, keep changing the rules and not for the good of we the people. Many people probably think that I am not religious, but I definitely believe in the Supreme Power of God and his rules, but many things I do not believe in the Bible, which are written by men, handed down by word of mouth, and you know what happens by word of mouth, it’s called gossip and most people swear it’s the truth. I do believe the Ten Commandments (don’t always follow them) but I know they are rules to live by. Politicians try to change all the rules we live by to suit themselves. They try to bring their beliefs in to government. I keep hearing republicans say about the other side of the spectrum, “they don’t uphold our moral values”! They do not have a moral compass, if they did they would take it out and play with it or sell it. I don’t know how much money the religious institutions have been paying them, but I never found them doing anything unless they got paid for it. And the big institutions have lots of money that the believers give them in fact many are very wealthy. Many have never done an honest days work in the entire life, and they don’t pay income tax like the rest of us. Our politicians are just like many preachers, they are a bunch of conmen, they get rich taking money from corporations and their wealthy friends to vote like they want them to on bills in legislation, and most of it is detrimental to the citizens. It is time for it to stop. Are we going to have to have a revolution for it to stop? As I have always said about Lyndon Johnson, he was so crooked he couldn’t lay straight in bed and could straddle a split rail fence without getting a splinter. The majority of our politicians have the same deficit in their character, AVARICE.
Now the part I don’t like: Article V
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to the Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner effect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article: and that no State, with the Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
My problem with this: I believe, as one of the citizens, who’s ancestor’s (even the one’s who were already here, when they were invaded by the immigrants from other countries, then not considered citizens) helped ORDAIN AND ESTABLISHED this Constitution for the United States of America, that no changes should be made to the Constitution, without it being put on a federal ballot for all “WE THE PEOPLE” vote on it.
I have seen changes made to the Constitution, by The Executive Branch and both Houses of the Congress, that were not good for “WE THE PEOPLE”, but for the benefit of corporations and their wealthy friends, and whatever they wanted to do to exploit other countries. This also applies to the State Constitutions. I know that we as citizens elect these people at their request. But many of them take advantage of the office. Many officials take advantage of their office of power by thinking that we gave them the right to do what ever they want to do, because we elected them.
ARTICLE VI: The third paragraph states:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several States Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or Public Trust under the United States.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, with out any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
They lie: the part about mental reservation: Mental Reservation is a 700 year-old doctrine, where clerics can avoid telling the truth to protect the Catholic Church. The idea dates to times when there were two court systems; ecclesiastical or church courts, and civil courts run by the State. I do not want my government run by ecclesiastical or church courts, the world had that at one time, so the politicians should not be allowed to bring their religion into our government. Today all disputes are settled in civil courts, maybe. Frankly too many are handled behind closed doors in back rooms, then, considered classified. Classified; that’s the things the administration doesn’t want anyone to know about. The ones, where they don’t follow the rules to run this country (city, county or state) but the politicians who run this country, with the help of the Justice department and the Supreme Court, keep changing the rules and not for the good of we the people. Many people probably think that I am not religious, but I definitely believe in the Supreme Power of God and his rules, but many things I do not believe in the Bible, which are written by men, handed down by word of mouth, and you know what happens by word of mouth, it’s called gossip and most people swear it’s the truth. I do believe the Ten Commandments (don’t always follow them) but I know they are rules to live by. Politicians try to change all the rules we live by to suit themselves. They try to bring their beliefs in to government. I keep hearing republicans say about the other side of the spectrum, “they don’t uphold our moral values”! They do not have a moral compass, if they did they would take it out and play with it or sell it. I don’t know how much money the religious institutions have been paying them, but I never found them doing anything unless they got paid for it. And the big institutions have lots of money that the believers give them in fact many are very wealthy. Many have never done an honest days work in the entire life, and they don’t pay income tax like the rest of us. Our politicians are just like many preachers, they are a bunch of conmen, they get rich taking money from corporations and their wealthy friends to vote like they want them to on bills in legislation, and most of it is detrimental to the citizens. It is time for it to stop. Are we going to have to have a revolution for it to stop?
